As early as 2017, the National Energy Administration issued the "Notice on carrying out the pilot market trading of distributed power generation" (Fadai Energy (2017) No. 1901). However, the "wall selling electricity" has not been really pushed forward.

Recently, the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Zhejiang Province passed the 38th meeting of "Zhejiang Electric Power Regulations".

According to Article 31 of the regulations, "Enterprises producing power such as distributed photovoltaic power generation and distributed wind power generation may trade directly with neighboring users in accordance with regulations."

This regulation means that Zhejiang Province is allowed to sell electricity through the wall! This is our "double carbon" goal, introduced the first local power regulations, from next year (from January 1, 2023) officially implemented.

Selling electricity through wall means that the photovoltaic power station should not only be intelligent in the whole station, increase the power monitoring between the demand end and the power station, but also report real-time transaction data that cannot be tampered with to avoid disputes.
